Yes — unused tokens roll over to your next billing cycle, so you keep what you don’t use. If you consistently need more, Professional’s pooled 60 tokens per seat or a top-up bundle is usually the better fit.
On Professional and Enterprise, tokens pool across the whole team. Five Professional seats share 300 tokens a month, and any member can draw from the pool. Cached results are served to teammates at zero extra cost.
Buy a top-up bundle in seconds: $15 for 32 tokens up to $100 for 250. Admins can set monthly spending caps to keep team spend predictable.
Yes — Professional and Enterprise can upload a CSV or Excel file, one address per row. Every address gets a Stage 1 lookup, free and unlimited. You can also attach a set of Stage 2 analyses to run across the entire batch, billed per address, with cached results costing nothing. A second mode, the CSV batch report, processes the whole file and returns a trimmed spreadsheet instead.
